The email address for the practice is – severnviewfamilypractice.reception@nhs.net In the current Covid situation this can be used for ordering prescriptions to reduce the footfall through the practice and eliminate paper presciptions. Please include your name/ DOB/ and address. If you do not have a nominated chemist for your prescription to be sent to please include where you would like it on your email – you will be asked not to collect it from surgery.
